Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of related experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee time and attendance for hourly and salaried employees.
• Ensure accurate processing of time and attendance transactions.
• Provide coaching and direction to station administrative team to meet performance goals.
• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
