United Ground Express, Inc. seeks a Supervisor - Hub Dependability at ORD Chicago O'Hare to oversee the dependability program and data analysis across departments.

You will collaborate with the Union, Payroll, HR, and leaders to manage attendance and policy interpretation, while maintaining data privacy and a human-centric approach. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills with large datasets, and experience in union environments or CBAs, ensuring compliant discipline and effective

Qualifications

• Two years of operations or similar relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel for data organization and analysis.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills for large data sets.
• Ability to develop processes to manage costs related to absences.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Review, track and analyze large volumes of data; create insights and decks for management.
• Develop relationships with the Union; conduct attendance policy reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Prepare presentations for Grievance Hearings to support the company position.
• Consult with HR and department leaders on labor laws, CBAs and policies.
• Handle additional duties as assigned (collaterals, safety, training, RAP).
• Operate as a supervisor when needed to support business needs.
