Job summary

United Airlines is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead airport vendor operations at the Denver hub. You will coordinate with Business Partners and the Station Operations Center, monitor staffing, and drive real-time issue resolution during irregular operations.

You will ensure SOP adherence, safety programs, and cross-divisional collaboration while reporting trends and driving improvements in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Airport Operations or related background.
• Leadership roles and cross-divisional collaboration experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise vendor operations at the assigned hub station.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure SOP and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Business Partners during irregular operations.
• Generate real time reports and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead and participate in safety, service, and procedure initiatives.
