Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of experience, preferably with ADP Time & Attendance, and strong communication skills. The position supports a 24/7 operation and includes comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in timekeeping/attendance.
• Experience with ADP Time & Attendance preferred.
• Excellent communication and data integrity skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer timekeeping and attendance for hourly and salaried staff.
• Approve and correct timecards; manage exceptions and data integrity.
• Generate and export time & attendance reports; monitor schedules.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with 24/7 shift coverage and roster planning.
• Support accounting with related tasks as needed.
