You will collaborate with the GM to manage staffing, budgets, audits, and safety compliance, fostering a calm, professional environment during peak operations. Salary ranges are competitive and the role includes comprehensive rewards.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing a large and dynamic operation in an airline context.
• Experience managing management employees.
• Ability to manage airport operations independently.
• Calm and professional demeanor during high-volume operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must possess and maintain a valid US state driver's license.

• Lead Hub team to achieve operational performance goals in a safe and caring environment.
• Direct management to maintain staffing levels while delivering superior customer service.
• Proactively build a positive work environment and establish collaborative relationships among leadership and frontline staff.
• Oversee compliance, audits, financial reporting and budgeting.

• Coach for performance improvements and ensure staffing achieves goals.
• Coordinate scheduling with the Business Administration Manager.
• Ensure proper training and understanding of duties for all employees.
• Ensure safety, security, and quality standards are met and documented.
