Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is hiring an HSSE Specialist to join the Amarillo, TX site team and lead safety, health, and environmental programs on shift. You will be the primary HSSE contact, support documentation, and collaborate with operations to ensure compliance.

The role requires a degree in safety-related fields, 3+ years of experience, and capability to provide HSSE training and incident investigations as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in safety management, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in HSSE.
• Relevant HSSE professional certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary HSSE contact for the shift and support the HSSE program execution.
• Communicate HSSE needs and results to shift leadership and the HSSE Manager.
• Maintain HSSE documentation, playbooks, procedures, and records as required.
• Support site operations with safety tasks and regulatory compliance activities.
• Develop training materials and deliver HSSE training across the site.
