Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Bradley, IL is seeking an HSSE Specialist to drive health, safety, security and environmental excellence at the Bradley facility. You will lead development and implementation of HSSE management systems and serve as a trusted advisor to site leadership.

The role requires 2+ years of HSSE experience, knowledge of OSHA/EPA/DOT standards, and strong communication. Competitive benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on HSSE experience in facility operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations.
• Ability to conduct safety inspections and root cause investigations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to influence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSSE management systems and compliance programs at the Client site.
• Monitor HSSE metrics and develop strategic plans to meet targets.
• Conduct safety inspections, hazard evaluations, and investigations.
• Oversee HSSE documentation and incident reporting with corrective actions.
• Direct HSSE Committees and coordinate training programs.
• Develop and enforce HSSE policies and procedures.
• Manage hazardous waste handling and dangerous goods shipments where applicable.
