Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced HSSE Manager to lead the safety, health, security, and environment program on-site in Claude, TX. You will serve as the primary HSSE contact for the site, coordinate with leadership, manage the HSSE Specialist, and drive regulatory compliance and training across the account.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in safety management, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or relevant field; degree may be waived with 7+ years experience.
• 5+ years of HSSE experience in multi-site environments.
• Professional HSSE certification is a plus.
• Proven project management and multi-site coordination skills.
• Strong knowledge of environmental, safety and occupational health regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable presenter and trainer.
• Ability to interface effectively with peers, clients and leadership.
• Analytical thinker with problem‑solving skills; adaptable in shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSSE program development, training and deployment at the account level.
• Manage on-site HSSE Specialist and coordinate with Site Leadership Team.
• Maintain documentation and records to meet JLL, regulatory, and client requirements.
• Develop communications and rollout HSSE programs across sites.
• Ensure incident reporting, investigations and lessons learned are captured and shared.
• Oversee OSHA record-keeping and HSSE data management across locations.
• Support environmental compliance per MSA/SOW and client standards.
• Assist in program rollout and best practices across the HSSE Americas team.
