Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) Specialist to join the Amarillo, TX site team. The role will serve as the primary HSSE contact for the shift, support safety tasks, and help manage the HSSE program including documentation and training.

A degree in safety-related fields and 3+ years of experience are preferred, with OSHA/NFPA knowledge essential. The position is on-site in Amarillo, with benefits including a 401(k) plan, comprehensive

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in safety management, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or relevant field (degree may be waived with >7 years’ experience or HSSE certification).
• 3+ years of experience in HSSE roles.
• Relevant professional certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HSSE point of contact for site shift.
• Communicate HSSE needs and results to shift leadership and HSSE Manager.
• Support HSSE program execution and documentation, including playbooks and records.
• Maintain regulatory compliance registers for each account location.
• Develop HSSE training materials and deliver trainings on site.
