Job summary

JLL is seeking a Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) Manager to join the Site team in Claude, TX. You will be the primary HSSE contact for the site, lead safety initiatives, and support operations with a hands-on approach to the HSSE program.

The role includes managing the HSSE Specialist, ensuring OSHA and regulatory compliance, and developing training materials to strengthen JLL's HSSE culture across the account. On-site work in Claude, TX with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in safety management, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience. Relevant professional certification is a plus.
• Proven project management skills across multi-site activities.
• Knowledge of Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support site operations with safety tasks as needed.
• Develop and maintain client relationships for safety compliance.
• Review site documents for safety compliance (MOPs, job plans, etc.).
• Lead HSSE training and site training programs.
• Maintain HSSE documentation and regulatory compliance registers.
