Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an experienced HSSE Manager to lead the Health, Safety, Security & Environment program at the Claude, TX site. The role acts as primary HSSE contact for site operations, reports to the Divisional HSSE Director, and oversees on-site HSSE activities and training.

Responsibilities include developing HSSE playbooks, maintaining regulatory records, coordinating with site leadership, and ensuring incident reporting and corrective actions are implemented.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in safety management, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or relevant field (degree may be waived if >7 years’ experience or HSSE certification).
• 5+ years of experience. Relevant professional certification(s) a plus.
• Proven record of success with project management for multi-site activities.
• Broad knowledge of Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Site Operations with safety tasks as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with client operations and safety to ensure team compliance.
• Review site documents for safety compliance (MOPs, job plans).
• Develop communications for the site and rollout a communication program.
• Lead HSSE training and develop the site HSSE training program.
• Maintain Hazard/PPE Assessments and regulatory compliance registers.
• Lead development of HSSE culture and training programs on the account.
• Manage online training requirements and provide topic-specific training.
