Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking aSenior HSSE Manager to lead on-site safety programs and ensure compliance for the account. You will participate in training, incident response, and regulatory adherence while collaborating with site teams and the HSSE Life Sciences group.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HSSE experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of improving safety cultures in facilities management environments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in safety management, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or relevant field.
• 5+ years of HSSE experience.
• Practical working knowledge of Health and Safety tools and techniques, ideally within a Facilities Management environment.
• Knowledge of relevant standards, legislation, codes of practice, guidance and operating procedures.
• Good presentation and communication
• Strong organizational skills and collaborative management style
• Interpersonal skills to establish credibility with colleagues and clients
• Ability to identify root causes of problems and drive solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Be primary point of contact for HSSE requirements and activities for the business.
• Lead development and refinement of JLL’s HSSE culture and training programs on the account.
• Provide expertise on HSSE regulatory compliance issues.
• Maintain account training matrix and liaise with HSSE Life Sciences team to share best practices.
• Manage trend analysis and KPI/risk indicators.
• Ensure HSSE incidents are reviewed for trends and corrective actions.
• Lead or support investigations of serious safety events and communicate lessons learned.
• Support environmental compliance efforts as specified in MSAs/SOWs.
• Maintain HSSE procedures, documentation and records; support ISO 45001 & 14001 activities.
• Be the key client contact for HSSE communications and activities.
