Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a seasoned Health, Safety, Security & Environment Director to drive HSSE across a multi-site portfolio, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with client needs. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and program development to foster a strong safety culture.

Based in South San Francisco, CA, with travel up to 20%, you will manage HSSE professionals, coordinate investigations, and support ISO 45001 & 14001 activities while maintaining the account's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety management, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or relevant field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Experience leading multi-site HSSE teams and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSSE program across the account and communicate results to Account Leadership Team.
• Develop and refine HSSE culture and training programs on the account.
• Manage a team of HSSE professionals and provide technical leadership on compliance issues.
• Oversee training matrix development and maintenance.
• Investigate serious safety events and implement corrective actions.
