Job summary

EY’s GPS Digital practice seeks an HSPD-12 Enrollment Specialist to support credential issuance and PACS management. You’ll handle end-user support, document storage, fingerprint capture, and biographic verification while maintaining PIV lifecycles and ROS tracking.

Your role requires strong communication, security knowledge, and willingness to work on-site in a government-focused consulting environment with opportunities to impact mission outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ year of security experience
• Must have an active TS SCI clearance
• Understanding of enrollment and issuance models
• Knowledge of Identity Management and Credential Issuance/Revocation
• Access Management and Revocation
• Knowledge of HSPD 12, FIPS 201-2, and NIST SP-800-79-2, Instructions for Physical Security, Operations Security, and Information Security
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills and customer service
• Experience using government information systems for screening and vetting, scheduling appointments, recording biometrical data, and identifying and verifying eligibility for a credential or access
• Experience handling customer service inquiries and organizing appointments and services in a client-facing office
• Experience enrolling personnel in client database systems and issuing PIV credentials
• Experience generating access reports from data points (door readers, time periods, access classes)
• Experience with fingerprint enrollment services using Enrollment and Issuance Workstation
• Willingness to work on-site

Responsibilities

• Assist end users with first-tier troubleshooting and ticket tracking
• Escalate issues to second-tier support and document remedies
• Provide services to support issuance (document storage, fingerprint capture, biographic verification)
• Manage the HSPD-12 PIV credential lifecycle and ROS tracking
• Maintain knowledge of Logical Access Control Systems and PACS for end users
• Enroll/remove PIV credentials in PACS and assign access classes
• Generate access reports using data points (door readers, time periods, access classes)
• Troubleshoot low-level PIV credential failures and support HSPD-12 program management
• Create statistical reports for leadership
• Perform other duties as assigned
