Job summary

Component Repair Technologies, Inc. is seeking an HSE Manager to lead the safety, health, and environmental programs across all facilities. You will guide regulatory compliance, drive continuous improvement, and partner with HR, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to embed a culture of safety.

Responsibilities include developing training, managing incident investigations, and coordinating audits and regulatory interactions to ensure safe, compliant work environments across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 2+ years in manufacturing/regulated EHS environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage HSE department and collaborate across functions to define safety goals.
• Lead safety initiatives, identify hazards, provide reporting tools for visibility and action.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (OSHA, EPA, DHS).
• Analyze HSE metrics and incidents to drive improvements and informed decisions.
• Develop and manage safety training programs and required safety plans.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, response drills, and regulatory filings.
