Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking an EHS Manager to lead Health, Safety, Environmental and Security (EHSS) programs across facilities, driving a proactive zero-harm workplace and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee policies, emergency response, audits, training, and incident investigations; mentor EHSS staff and ensure ISO 14001 alignment. Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of EHS program management in manufacturing are required; strong communication and MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Industrial safety, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive EHS program management experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS Leadership: deliver day-to-day health, safety, industrial hygiene, emergency response, and environmental support to facility personnel.
• Identify and Mitigate Risks: evaluate hazards, establish written guidelines, implement control practices.
• Conduct Audits & Inspections: perform routine EHS inspections and audits, review investigation reports for corrective actions.
• Drive Safety Culture: develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
• Manage Environmental Compliance: oversee site environmental programs incl. hazardous waste, stormwater, air emissions, wastewater pretreatment.
• Oversee Security Operations: coordinate security-related activities to protect people, property, assets.
• Maintain EMS Certification: update EMS program to maintain ISO 14001 certification.
• Lead Incident & Case Management: manage emergency response, investigations, return-to-work, workers' comp cases.
• Track EHS Performance: compile KPI data for local and corporate reporting.
• Coordinate EHSS leadership: oversee EHSS Supervisor and EHSS Specialist.
• Lead Chem Lab operations: supervise Chem Lab operations and Lab Supervisor.
