Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking an EHS Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental programs across its facilities. The role focuses on developing proactive zero-harm initiatives, managing emergency responses, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

You will oversee audits, risk mitigation, and training programs while driving EMS and ISO 14001 certifications. Collaboration with site leadership and regulatory agencies is essential for ongoing safety performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial safety, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive EHS program management experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS leadership: day-to-day health, safety, industrial hygiene, emergency response, and environmental support to facility personnel.
• Identify and mitigate risks: establish guidelines and robust control practices to protect personnel.
• Conduct audits & inspections: perform routine EHS inspections and audits and review investigations for corrective actions.
• Drive Safety Culture: develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training for employees and contractors.
• Manage Environmental Compliance: oversee hazardous waste management, stormwater, air emission tracking, and industrial wastewater pretreatment.
• Oversee Security Operations and site protection of people and assets.
• Maintain EMS Certification and ISO 14001 compliance.
• Lead Incident & Case Management: emergency response, investigations, return-to-work, and workers' comp cases.
• Track EHS performance: compile KPI data for local and corporate leadership.
• Report EHSS metrics and trends to leadership.
• Lead EHSS Supervisor and Chem Lab operations supervision.
