Job summary

Advanced Recycling Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead safety programs across our U.S. operations. The role develops, implements, and monitors OSHA, EPA, and DOT compliance, conducts training, audits, and incident investigations, and partners with operations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Travel to multiple locations for trainings and inspections is required to support a robust safety culture through continuous improvement and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing OSHA and environmental programs.
• Ability to develop training and conduct safety audits.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work with operations teams to improve safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and local regulations.
• Maintain EPA and state environmental compliance including stormwater, SPCC, and waste programs.
• Conduct facility inspections and document findings.
• Develop and implement EHS policies across operations.
• Lead safety training, toolbox talks, and meetings.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain OSHA logs and reports; coordinate inspections.
