Job summary

ATC Drivetrain seeks an Environmental and Safety Manager to lead environmental compliance and safety programs across manufacturing operations. You will ensure EPCRA Tier II, TRI, SPCC, and NPDES regulatory adherence while partnering with plant leadership to drive a proactive safety culture and operational excellence.

You will mentor EHS personnel, oversee audits and inspections, and coordinate regulatory inquiries to support safe, compliant production.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Environmental Science, Safety, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
5+ years of Environmental, Health and Safety experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Experience managing environmental regulatory programs incl. EPCRA Tier II, TRI, SPCC, NPDES, RCRA waste.
Experience leading EHS programs and mentoring personnel.

Responsibilities

Lead environmental compliance programs to adhere to federal, state, and local regulations.
Lead occupational safety programs across plant operations and investigate incidents.
Partner with operations leadership to mitigate workplace hazards and drive safety culture.
Develop training programs to ensure regulatory requirements and safe work practices.
