Job summary

Rosendin seeks an HSE Manager II to lead health, safety, and environmental practices across multiple project sites with a focus on team development and mentorship. You will plan and implement safety programs, investigate incidents, and collaborate with field leadership and subcontractors to maintain a safe, productive work environment.

The role requires coaching and developing team members, ensuring compliance with NFPA 70E and project safety plans, and maintaining knowledge of company HSE

Qualifications

• 4-year related degree and 6 years related experience plus CHST certification, or 9 years relevant experience with CHST.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise safety programs across multiple project sites.
• Lead incident investigations and develop corrective actions.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate with field leadership, subcontractors, and customers.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE standards and project safety plans.
