Job summary

Rosendin is hiring an HSE Manager I to lead safety on active construction sites. This mid-level, field-based role focuses on developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental plans, hazard identification, incident investigations, and safety training.

The candidate will mentor junior staff and coordinate with field leadership, subcontractors, and customers to maintain safe operations. Travel up to 100% is required; 80% on-site work is typical.

Qualifications

• 4-year related degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CHST certification preferred or required per role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project safety plans and site-specific safety plans.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis; share lessons learned.
• Deliver safety training and conduct pre-task planning and safety meetings.
• Mentor junior safety team members and coordinate with field leadership.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA 70E and company HSE standards; review MOPs.
