Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a dedicated HSE Manager II to oversee health, safety, and environmental programs across multiple project sites with a focus on leadership and development.

You will develop site safety plans, conduct incident investigations, mentor safety staff, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards while coordinating with field leadership and subcontractors to maintain a safe, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year related degree and 6 years related experience plus CHST, or 9 years relevant experience with CHST.
• Strong coaching and leadership abilities with a track record of team development.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee health, safety, and environmental practices across multiple project sites.
• Lead incident investigations, hazard identification, and corrective actions.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and MOPs.
• Mentor junior safety staff and coordinate training with field leadership and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
