Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an HSE Manager II to lead safety programs across multiple project sites with emphasis on team leadership. The role involves planning, hazard identification, investigations, and training coordination to uphold company and regulatory standards.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with subcontractors and customers, and ensure a safe, productive work environment while maintaining safety data reports and ensuring compliance with LOTO and NFPA 70E.

Qualifications

• 4-year related degree and 6 years related experience, plus CHST.
• CHST certification or 9 years relevant experience with CHST.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign work for safety team members.
• Lead injury and incident investigations and share lessons learned.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and conduct training.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate with field leaders.
• Ensure compliance with project safety plans and NFPA 70E guidelines.
• Review MOPs, issue permits, and maintain safety records.
