Rosendin is seeking an experienced HSE Manager II to lead health, safety, and environmental practices across multiple project sites in the United States. The role emphasizes team leadership, mentoring, and developing safety programs to meet company standards and regulatory requirements.

The manager will mentor junior staff, coordinate with field leadership, subcontractors, and customers to maintain a safe, productive work environment, and ensure compliance with NFPA 70E and other safety

Qualifications

• 5 years of construction related safety experience.
• CHST preferred.
• Ability to spend 80% of working time on active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise safety programs across multiple project sites.
• Lead injury/incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and coordinate safety training.
• Collaborate with field leadership and subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety standards.
