Rosendin seeks an HSE Manager II to oversee health, safety, and environmental practices across multiple project sites with emphasis on team leadership and development. The role includes planning, investigations, training, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with field leadership and subcontractors, and help maintain a safe, productive work environment while supporting project safety plans and NFPA 70E guidelines.

Competenze

• 4-year degree and CHST certification or 9 years relevant experience with CHST.
• Ability to spend 80% of working time on active construction sites.
• Strong leadership and development capabilities.

Mansioni

• Plan and assign work for team members and monitor progress.
• Lead injury and incident investigations and share lessons learned.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and conduct pre-task planning.
