Rosendin is seeking an HSE Manager II to lead health, safety, and environmental programs across multiple project sites with a focus on team development. You will mentor safety staff, coordinate with field leadership, subcontractors, and customers to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities include plan development, hazard identification, incident investigations, and training needs across projects, with travel up to 25% and 80% on active construction sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in safety on construction projects.
• CHST certification required.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise safety programs across multiple project sites.
• Lead investigations of incidents and identify corrective actions.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and provide training across projects.
• Coach and develop junior safety staff and field leadership.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure HSE compliance.
• Maintain NFPA 70E awareness and PPE requirements.
• Prepare safety reports and data analyses for stakeholders.
• Lead pre-construction safety meetings and risk assessments.
