Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an HSE Manager I to lead health, safety, and environmental programs on construction sites. The role focuses on developing safety plans, investigating incidents, and mentoring junior staff to uphold high safety standards.

You will collaborate with field leadership, subcontractors, and customers to maintain a safe, productive work environment while ensuring regulatory compliance and program goals are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and CHST certification or 7 years of relevant experience.
• 80% on active construction sites
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Strong communication and training skills

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and recommend corrective actions for hazardous conditions.
• Lead injury and incident investigations and share lessons learned.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and pre-task planning.
• Deliver safety training and mentor junior safety staff.
• Coordinate with field leadership and subcontractors to ensure safety compliance.
