• Proven ability to coach, develop, and manage team members.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience supporting health, safety, and environmental programs on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Plans and assigns work for safety team members.
• Monitors safety programs and takes corrective action as needed.
• Leads incident investigations and teaches lessons learned.
• Develops site-specific safety plans and conducts trainings.
• Ensures compliance with NFPA 70E, LOTO, and project safety plans.
• Collaborates with field leadership, subcontractors, and customers to maintain a safe environment.
