Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking an HSE Manager II to oversee health, safety, and environmental practices across multiple project sites. The role emphasizes team leadership, training, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Mentoring junior staff and coordinating with field leadership and subcontractors are key aspects of the position. The candidate will lead incident investigations, develop site safety plans, and ensure proper training, permits, and adherence to NFPA 70E

Qualifications

Requires a 4-year related degree or equivalent experience with CHST certification.
Minimum 6 years related safety experience or 9 years with no CHST.
Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and manage team members.
Proficient in safety program development and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

Plan and assign work for safety team members.
Monitor progress and performance of safety programs and take corrective action.
Lead investigations and share lessons learned.
Develop site-specific safety plans and pre-task plans.
Collaborate with field leadership and subcontractors to ensure safety compliance.
