Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an HSE Manager I for field-based safety leadership on major Texas projects.

You will implement Project Safety Plans, lead hazard analyses, conduct investigations, deliver safety training, and mentor junior teammates on site. Qualified candidates hold a 4-year safety-related degree with CHST or 7 years of relevant experience; strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential to ensure compliance with standards on active construction

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year related degree and 4+ years related safety experience with CHST, or 7+ years relevant experience with CHST.
• Field-based role; must be able to spend 80% on active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Identify hazards and coordinate corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and share lessons learned.
• Deliver safety training and pre-task planning meetings.
• Mentor junior safety team members and collaborate with field leadership and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with LOTO, NFPA 70E, and safety standards.
