Qualifikationen

• 4-year related degree and 6 years related experience plus CHST certification or 9 years relevant experience and CHST.
• Ability to spend 80% of working time on active construction sites.
• Proven coaching and team-management skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Aufgaben

• Plans and assigns work for team members.
• Monitors progress and performance of team and safety programs.
• Teaches, coaches, and develops direct reports and safety staff.
• Identify, document, and recommend corrective actions for hazards.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and participate in pre-construction meetings.
• Lead injury and incident investigations and share lessons learned.
• Coordinate training needs and deliver safety training.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and NFPA 70E guidelines.
• Review procedures and issue safety permits as required.
• Mentor field leadership and coordinate with subcontractors on safety.
