Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an HSE Manager II to lead health, safety, and environmental programs across multiple project sites in a dynamic construction setting.

The role emphasizes team leadership, coaching, and developing direct and indirect reports while ensuring regulatory and company standards are met. You will mentor safety staff, partner with field leadership and subcontractors, and drive training initiatives to reduce incidents and improve site safety performance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of construction related safety experience.
• CHST preferred.
• Able to spend 80% of working time on active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs health, safety, and environmental programs across multiple sites.
• Leads investigations of incidents and near-misses.
• Develops site-specific safety plans and conducts pre-construction meetings.
• Mentors and develops safety staff; coordinates training across projects.
• Ensures compliance with NFPA 70E, LOTO, and project safety standards.
• Collaborates with field leadership, subcontractors, and customers to maintain safety.
