Greenpoint Technologies, Inc. seeks an on-site HSE leader for the Moses Lake FAA Part 145 Repair Station to drive safety and environmental programs across hangars, shops, and facilities.
You will partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Operations to assess hazards, conduct audits, lead investigations, and implement corrective actions while promoting a strong safety culture under Safran Group standards. This senior role requires extensive HSE leadership in aerospace, with ISO 14001/45001
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, or a related technical discipline.
- Professional HSE certification (CSP/CIH/CHMM) preferred.
Mansioni
- Implement and maintain applicable HSE laws, regulations, permits, compliance obligations, and Safran Group policies; monitor regulatory changes and assess impacts.
- Plan or coordinate HSE audits, inspections, compliance assessments, and risk reviews; track and close corrective actions.
- Serve as the primary on-site HSE leader for Moses Lake Repair Station activities, keeping a visible presence in operational areas.
- Lead site HSE improvement plans; establish objectives, analyze incidents, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with Quality and SMS on aviation safety and regulatory matters; support regional initiatives.
