Job summary

Safran seeks an HSE Engineer to manage document control, deliver safety training, and support the development of robust HSE programs. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, accident investigations, and continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental practices across the site.

The successful candidate will interact with cross‑functional teams, manage chemical handling and SDS oversight, and ensure safe operations in both office and shop floor environments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal, state and local HSE regulations and ISO 14001.
• Experience managing document control systems and compliance documentation.
• Ability to develop and deliver safety, environmental, and regulatory training.

Responsibilities

• Manage HSE document management systems and recordkeeping for compliance.
• Deliver comprehensive training on regulatory and company-mandated topics.
• Develop and maintain safety programs in line with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in reporting to federal, state, and local agencies; manage pollution prevention.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and company standards.
