Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies is seeking an experienced HSE Leader for the Moses Lake FAA Part 145 Repair Station and aircraft maintenance operations. You will drive regulatory compliance, ensure safety culture, and lead HSE programs across hangar and shop areas.

Responsibilities include coordinating risk assessments, incident investigations, EMS/ISO processes, and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams, while maintaining strong safety performance and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HSE in complex industrial, aerospace environments such as FAA Part 145 Repair Stations.
• Experience with risk assessments, incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001/ISO 45001 and aviation safety management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regs compliance and HSE management system activities across Moses Lake site.
• Oversee audits, inspections, risk reviews, and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as on-site HSE leader for MRO operations and coordinate with Quality/SMS teams.
• Drive risk reduction, EMS management, and environmental performance improvements.
• Coach and engage employees in hazard reporting and safety culture.
