Job summary

Sila Nanotechnologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced EHS&S Site Manager to lead environmental, health, safety and sustainability at the Moses Lake facility.

You will drive a culture of safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across research, development, and manufacturing operations. In this role you will partner with site leadership to implement programs, manage air and water permits, and align safety processes with business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in EHS&S with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong leadership, listening, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of driving engagement related to safety and health.
• Experience with industrial workplace hazards and scaling processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee environmental, health, safety, Process Safety and sustainability at Moses Lake site.
• Develop and implement safety and environmental programs with stakeholders.
• Support air and water permitting activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance on EHS&S matters, including training and incident response.
• Interface with property management to align site requirements with operations.
• Develop and manage EHS and Process Safety Management Systems across the site.
