Job summary

Motion Industries in Salt Lake City seeks a Solutions Center Manager to lead the sales support team, liaise with customers, our sales force, and distribution, and help achieve defined sales goals.

Under general supervision, you will hire, train, and manage the team, collaborate with outside sales to grow the business, optimize inventory turns, and ensure safety and financial performance. ERP experience and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–5 years in sales support.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Manager, Solutions CenterSUMMARY:Under general supervision, the Solutions Center Manager is responsible for leading the sales support team with their assigned location to support their customers and help achieve defined sales goals.
