Job summary

Motion Industries seeks a Solutions Center Manager to lead the sales support team at the Nashville location. The role acts as a liaison among customers, the sales force, and distribution, while driving service excellence and meeting sales goals.

The position requires a bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of related experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to train and manage a team. Industrial sales experience is a plus, as is bilingual capability in English/Spanish.

Qualifications

Manager, Solutions CenterSUMMARY:Under general supervision, the Solutions Center Manager is responsible for leading the sales support team with their assigned location to support their customers and help achieve defined sales goals.
