ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in the United States. You will close sales within a defined territory, participate in our training program, and work with new and existing clients to offer HR solutions that improve employee experiences.

You'll manage multiple deals across stages, build relationships with HR and executives, and document the sales process from lead to implementation, enjoying strong compensation, benefits, and incentives.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience in a results-driven environment.
• Military experience is acceptable to build team relationships and drive success.
• Ability to grow within a defined territory and manage multiple deals.

Responsibilities
