ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in Houston. You will close sales, win new business within a defined territory, and participate in our award-winning training program while building relationships with HR and executive decision-makers.

You will identify client needs, present ADP solutions, manage multiple deals through the sales process, and collaborate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation and ongoing growth.

Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business within a defined, protected territory to close sales and reach goals.
• Close sales by recommending the right ADP solutions to address clients' real business needs.
• Strategically cross-sell with ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners, upholding high ethical standards.
