Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking an HRO Change Management Senior Analyst to partner with the HRO Senior Consultant and multidisciplinary teams. You will drive sustained deployment of HRO principles across acute to ambulatory care, focusing on high reliability systems and patient safety through human-centered design and lean six sigma methods.

You will lead infrastructure development, manage the Tiered Huddle Program, and train teams while tracking HRO metrics to close

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health-related specialty; minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degree in health-related specialty is preferred; 4-8 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and deploys infrastructure to support HRO principles across the continuum of care.
• Optimizes the Tiered Huddle Program and prioritizes opportunities for improvement.
• Collects, analyzes, and reports meaningful HRO metrics; validates sustained HRO efforts and provides training as needed.
