Job summary

The Ohio State University’s Wexner Medical Center is seeking an experienced health system applications leader to guide strategy, design, and implementation of information technologies that support clinical, administrative, and patient outcomes.

You will act as a top-level consultant, coordinating across departments and platforms, ensuring alignment of technology solutions with evolving healthcare needs and university initiatives.

Qualifications

• A college degree in Computer Science, Healthcare, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Allied Health is required.
• Six years of relevant experience in health system applications, information technology, and/or a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Contributes strategic vision and serves as the top-level technical contributor for health system information technologies to support practice, administrative and patient outcomes.
• Coordinates and provides support for new and current applications and software upgrades across departments and platforms.
• Analyzes, designs, tests, and implements complex health system information systems and solutions, guiding leaders and teams on strategic requirements.
