Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking an HRO Change Management Analyst to drive high reliability across the care continuum. You will partner with senior consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deploy EPET skills, oversee the Zero Harm Champion program, and advance patient safety through evidence-based design and human-centered approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health-related specialty or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: 2-4 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and deploys infrastructure to support EPET skill adoption across the continuum of care.
• Oversees the Zero Harm Champion program.
• Directs and coordinates mechanisms to identify and prioritize ongoing opportunities for improvement then monitors their effectiveness.
• Collects, analyzes, and reports meaningful HRO metrics.
• Provides training and education as needed.
