Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is seeking an HRMS Specialist to maintain HRIS data integrity and support payroll integration. The role manages HRMS modules, including the DocuSign database, and produces standard and custom reports for HR operations.

Collaboration with Finance, IT, and Business Intelligence is required to advance organizational HR objectives, while providing training and guidance to managers on system usage and data standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or HR Management with 3 years' HRMS experience or equivalent.
• 2 years of demonstrated Paylocity HRMS experience operating in all modules is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the optimization, administration, and maintenance of HRMS modules and DocuSign database.
• Enter, update, and audit team member personal and employment information for payroll integration.
• Maintain HRMS field configurations to support data tracking and reporting.
• Develop and generate standard and customized HRMS reports and analytics.
• Maintain HR files and records in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
• Provide HRMS training and resources to department managers.
