Job summary

Southern Home Services is seeking an HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize the HRIS across the organization, ensuring data accuracy and security while supporting HR operations. You will collaborate with HR leadership and IT to drive system improvements and deliver strategic insights.

Responsibilities include leading upgrades, developing dashboards, providing data-driven insights, and training staff on system usage.

Qualifications

• Two years of HRIS experience implementing and supporting HRIS systems.
• Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Paylocity and Service Titan preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and compliance.
• Lead HRIS upgrades, enhancements, modules, and integrations with other systems.
• Provide strategic HR data, safety, and business data analysis and reporting to guide decision-making.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and drive process improvements.
• Develop and maintain HRIS dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Provide training and support to staff on system functionality and best practices.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve system issues and ensure stability.
• Maintain knowledge of industry best practices, AI, legal regulations, and tech trends related to HRIS.
• Support data security and confidentiality by ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS configuration, reports, and data integrity issues.
