Job summary

Goodwill Houston is seeking a Sr. Manager, Human Resources Governance and Data Integrity to ensure HR data accuracy, policy control, and risk management across the HR function.

You will oversee data dashboards, governance of HRIS, and lifecycle management of job descriptions, while guiding policy updates and compliance with applicable laws. The role supervises Compensation & Benefits, Shared Services, Data Integrity, and HR Compliance, driving continuous improvement and ensuring audit readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of HR compliance experience.
• Minimum 1 year leading an HR team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data tools.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday or similar).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Govern HR policies, SOPs, and process controls.
• Ensure HR data quality, dashboards, and reporting accuracy.
• Oversee HRIS governance, data structures, access, and workflows.
• Maintain job descriptions lifecycle and incumbency.
• Support CARF accreditation and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams on EEOC matters.
• Lead risk-based process improvements across HR operations.
