Job summary

West Virginia State Auditor's Office seeks a HRM Business Analyst to support payroll and HRM processes in the wvOASIS ERP environment. The role involves testing upgrades, training end users, and assisting with application enhancements in Charleston, WV.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with public speaking and presentations.
• Able to work independently and in teams, in-person or virtual.
• Detail oriented with focus on accuracy.
• Knowledge of statewide ERP systems and HRM/Payroll modules.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) including pivot tables.
• Ability to learn SQL for troubleshooting HRM/Payroll data.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with HRM/Payroll system upgrades and testing.
• Train end users on HRM and reporting applications.
• Attend user discussion groups related to HRM/Payroll.
• Support manual and automated system testing processes.
• Assist with maintenance of procedural manuals.
• Enter and update tickets in state and vendor systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
