Job summary

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition and IT partners to configure processes, manage security, develop reports, and assist with upgrades, integrations, testing, and enhancements to ensure Workday serves operations effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, human resources, or related field with 2+ years HRIS hands-on experience.
• Associate degree in business, technology, human resources or related field with 4+ years HRIS hands-on experience.
• Six years of HRIS hands-on experience or equivalent across data management, input, ad hoc reporting, and system support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical contact for recruiting and core HCM processes.
• Act as a project manager for HRIS projects and initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS/system issues.
• Configure Workday business processes.
• Support report development.
• Manage user security.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, integrations, and enhancements.
