Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, HR or related field with 2+ years hands-on HRIS experience.
  • OR Associate degree with 4+ years HRIS experience in data management and reporting.
  • OR 6 years of hands-on HRIS experience including data management, input, ad hoc reporting, and system support.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as technical point of contact for recruiting and core HCM processes.
  • Act as project manager for HRIS initiatives and upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot system issues; configure business processes in Workday.
