Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Timekeeping System SME to act as the central point of contact for employees submitting time and for supervisors approving it. You will bridge the timekeeping platform with HR and Payroll, coordinate across stakeholders, and guide system enhancements while ensuring compliance.

This role supports timely payroll processing, conducts audits, maintains training materials, and ensures access for new users and role transitions.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating the timekeeping system(s).
• Conduct regular audits to ensure policy and regulatory compliance in timekeeping.
• Maintain relationships with HR and Payroll stakeholders for timely updates.
• Update training materials and ensure access for new users.
• Set up proxies and ensure uninterrupted service during absences.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate stakeholders or vendors.
• Monitor system reports for data integrity and discrepancies.
